Peformance Opportunities
Dance is a performance of art. It is about beauty and expression, as well as physical discipline and mental focus. IBA is affiliated with International Ballet Theatre (IBT) as the official preparatory training facility for IBT. To ensure IBA dancers develop well-rounded performing arts ability, students are offered main stage performance opportunities in IBT's regular performance season.
All IBA students will have the opportunity to participate in an end of year performance, Stars Of Tomorrow, presented on the stage of the Meydenbauer Theatre in Bellevue. All preparation for the performance takes place during class time.
Children's Program
Students have the opportunity to participate in Stars Of Tomorrow and the "IBT For Children" production of The Wizard of Oz.
These performance opportunities provide young children with exposure to a professional stage environment to help them enrich their cultural education through dance training.
No Audition Required. Only Registration.
